Route-

Starting from Finishing point,Alleppey after visiting Punnada and Vembanadu Lake the cruise will take you through R block and C block,Rani, Chithira, Marthandam (r block and c block are man made paddy fields made from Lake during the ruling of King and here cultivation is below sea level) Then we will pass through kainakari, and will be docking near Kuppapuram in the evening. Next day starting from Kuppapuram we travel through Meenapally Kayal, Pallathuruthy and return back to Alleppey. This is a good scenic route and require One day to travel.

By plane:

Cochin International Airport is the nearest airport. Alternatively come to airports at Thiruvananthapuram (Trivandrum), Kozhikode (Calicut), Chennai, Bangalore and catch a train to Alappuzha.

By train:
You can also reach Alappuzha from other cities like Kochi (Cochin), Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, Chennai, Bengalooru (Bangalore), Coimbatore, Mumbai, Pune, New Delhi, Mangalore, and Kolkata by train.

By bus:
There are bus services operating from cities like Cochin, Thiruvananthapuram, Kozhikode, Chennai, Bangalore, Mysore, Coimbatore to Alappuzha.

By car:
Alappuzha district is well-connected by NH 47, which is part of the North-South East-West corridor. It goes via the Alappuzha, Ambalapuzha and Cherthala cities. Alappuzha is well connected to other cities Cochin, Kottayam, Kollam, Thiruvananthapuram Kozhikode, Chennai, Bangalore, Coimbatore by road.
